For the last five years, Soman working as a postdoctoral researcher under the mentorship of Prof. Pradeepta K. Panda, University of Hyderabad. The Work was focused on the development of novel expanded and contracted porphyrinoid photosensitizers.

28. 09th Aug 2017 - Second single crystal data collection done at Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM), Chennai. 22. 15th Oct 2016 - Rojisha received her PhD degree certificate from Prof. Goverdhan Mehta at NITC 12th convocation.
21. 09th Aug 2016 - Rojisha V. C. successfully defended her PhD oral examination.

16. 29th May 2016 - "Admitted to HCU health center for the first time."
15. 19th May 2016 - "Mallootty's marriage but I cann't attend the function. I could not go from hyderabad. Rojisha experienced a wonderful time with chalil family - I had a nice nostalgic day here in my room by sitting alone."
13. 03rd March 2016 - "I experienced my first cold burn in my hands with Liq. CO2" a fire accident was happened in Balamurugan sir's lab with LiAlH4, while I spray CO2 with satish to control the fire after few hours my hand was having 7 cold burns.
12. 10th Feb 2016: Indira ammayi passed away. It made my heart painful and can't even cry, since its new place I can't share my feelings with anyone. Felt like suffocating inside in new lab and I was not able to go back to native and can't participate in her funeral.
11. 9th Feb 2016: Joined in Pradeepta K. Panda sir's lab as a project staff.
10. 20th January 2016, visited University of Hyderabad and met PKP sir. Rohith Vemula's suicide agitated the entire university campus.
9. December 5th, 2015, NIT Calicut's 11th Convocation, received my original doctoral degree certificate from Dr. Shivaji Chakravarthy, Director, NIT Calicut. Our institute's 11th convocation ceremony Padmasri Prof. K. L. Chopra, honorary professor, IIT Delhi was chief guest for the function.
8. 2nd December 2015, received my PhD provisional degree certificate from NIT Calicut.
7. 26th-Nov-2015, most memorable day in my life, defended PhD Open. Dr. PK Panda sir announced and awarded Doctoral degree.
6. 6th-Nov-2015, Went as a judge for Science exhibition in Spring fair program conducted by Spring Valley School, NITC Campus, Kozhikode. (Latheesh, Arun, Jobin and all accompanied)
5. Met Scientist Dr. L. Giribabu (IICT-Hydrabad) on 4th-11-2015.
4. NIT Calicut celebrating technical fest tathva'15 we demonstrated synthesized freebase, tin and zinc porphyrins in fluorescent box and also displayed PACT paper (RSC advances) works at school of biotechnology stall. 2. Participated in designing and conducting "Dr. N. Sitaraman Memorial Intercollegiate Chemistry Quiz Competition - 2015" at department of Chemistry NIT Calicut, on 20th October 2015. [View]
1. Submitted PhD thesis first draft on 7th October 2015 titled Synthesis, characterization, structure, photobiological and material applications of meso-tetraaryl porphyrins, at NIT calicut, Thank to one and all who helped.
25th September 2021, we pharmacists are celebrating world Pharmacy day. Interestingly theme of the year is "Pharmacy: Always trusted for your health". I actually found it from some Facebook post, posted by Noushad Areekode.
First I focused on the word trust, yes trust plays a key role everywhere and it's one of the crucial building blocks of a healthy society. Oh. I understood one thing, I didn't even think much about trust yet, seriously. But in childhood, my grandfather told me first about trust, it's not exactly about trust, he told me many times never lie, never drink alcohol, don't experience tobacco products. But in case of lie, I could not follow him. I might have lied even to him, but I can say the rest two I followed very strictly till the moment. So we slipped from the topic, its another philosophical question Do lies always can lead to mistrust?.
Sometimes I used to give fake promises to our 4-year-old kid Diva, now she lost the trust in me. Last day she told our neighbour when I just called her we can go for an outing. Nothing will happen, they won't go anywhere. Its another realisation trust is not directly related to age.
No doubt trust literally plays a key role in all relationships, the level of trust can strengthen or weaken individual bondings. Building trust is the primary capital for running any small to big business.
Role of trust in professions, there is no trust-free professions. .....
